I live 5 minutes away from a library and I've been living 4 years at that address and had never been in there. So today I took a trip down there and registered and went straight to the art department. I couldn't find many books on fashion illustration but I did pick one entitled "Draw like an expert in 15 easy lessons". After doing the lessons I can say that the title is legit. It works!

I got home and started reading the book and focused on the first lesson: Still life - household objects. I must say I really had no clue about still life but just by following the instructions I created something I never thought I could and i'm so proud of myself!
